Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. This applies exclusively to private customers (consumers) and not to business customers. In accordance with EU consumer rights, private customers are entitled to this return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. While you are not required to return the original packaging or tags, we encourage you to do so if possible to avoid any reduction in the value of the item. If the item is returned in a condition that shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please notify us of your intention to return the item within the 30-day period following the receipt of your order, as required by EU consumer rights. Once you have notified us, the item must be shipped within 30 days. The return shipment must be postmarked within this 30-day period to remain eligible for a refund. You are responsible for purchasing and using your own return shipping label. Please send the item to one of the following addresses:

Once the item has been shipped, please provide us with the tracking number.

Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands or Germany, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. If you are a business customer, please note that returns are not accepted under this policy. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We will refund the cost of the item and any initial shipping fees paid to deliver the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through our contact form.
